Our Approach

It is important that you, the customer, feel that you are fully aware of the essentials of your project and you don’t feel it’s spiralling out of control.  However, you don’t necessarily want to know about every nail hammered or every screw turned.

The Peak Building Brigade will meet with you at the beginning of the project to go through exactly what you want to achieve, what you like and dislike and what budget you’d like to dedicate to the project. Once these elements have been established, the Peak Building Brigade will present you with a project plan including timeline – divided into parcels of work – as well as a line-by-line budget for you to go through together to fine tune. A start date will be agreed upon and as close an estimate as possible on an end date.

Building projects are notoriously moveable feasts, but the Peak Building Brigade has a great deal of experience in time management and project planning, so their estimate will be as realistic as possible.  You will be updated regularly throughout the project on budget and progress.
